I'm wondering where the major shopping hubs are? I usually shop at Target and Whole Foods and we like to go to the movies a lot and prefer a newer theater...

Thanks again for your feedback!
Pine Creek is minutes to both a Super Target (Powers and Union) and Whole Foods (7635 N. Academy Blvd). Chapel Hills mall is nearby. Within two to ten minutes of Pine Creek are King Soopers, Albertsons, drugstores, tons of eateries, the upscale Promenade Shops (Briargate Pkwy and Voyager Pkwy), all manner of services and medical, Memorial Hospital - North, liquor stores, Lowes, Lifetime Fitness, hotels, YMCA, excellent schools, movie multiplex, police and fire stations, and several rather large employers (T. Rowe Price, USAA, Oracle and others). The strip of N. Academy from I-25 exit 150 down to Woodman Rd has just about every big box store known to man, as does the Powers Corridor when south of Woodman. The PC area and surrounds are fairly new, underground utilities, wide streets, clean, safe.

Thanks for the clarification, Rosie! My mistake re: assumption. We all know what assuming does!

I wouldn't live there. But I am not their target audience.
