There seems to be a tiny stream (occasionally) and a couple of walking trails between Austin Bluffs pkwy and Granite Peak Dr. Does anyone know if those features are going to stay? Or more directly, do you know for a fact that no builders will be allowed to build anything in that area? I'm considering some houses in the neighborhood and wanted to make sure the view would not be obstructed AFTER we spent a great deal purchasing it.

When you look at the houses there should be something that describes the land that abuts yours, whether there are easements or not. When we purchased our home, there is a greenway that is surrounded by homes, we looked at the easement requirements before we purchased to make sure we could live with it.
