First of all, I am more then likely going to move there but I'm not sure if it's what I want. I am looking for a snowy forested area with dense pine trees. I also want to hunt for big game like bear. What kind if game do you guys have and is it what I'm looking for? Thanks

Colorado Springs proper is not a snowy forested area with dense pine trees, but there are easily accessible areas nearby that might fit the bill. The closest that might quality, depending on your definition of 'snowy', etc., would be Black Forest, or Woodland Park or Divide. Serious hunting of course depends on season and people travel all over the state for it depending on where they get the license approvals. Around here, people don't so much just go out their front doors and go hunting - it usually involves some travel. If you're willing to travel in-state, you can hunt most things. I suggest you visit the Colorado Department of Wildlife site and get some idea of how hunting permits work here if you haven't already.

Elk and deer hunting is huge around here

There are about 1200 bear tags given out by the DOW, through lottery.
