I am trying to get employment for a specific job with Compassion, I love their vision and it happens I am of the same mind.

The issue I am having is I sent in a resume for a position I am perfect for and have not heard back. This is going on 3 weeks now and they just re-posted for the same exact position again. Does anyone work for them and can get me the hiring managers name, if so please PM me and I will send you the position I applied for. I would really appreciate any help.

That's good advice and thanks for looking that up, but with that said. I have called and the HR dept there could not tell me much. Without talking to the hiring manager for that position there is no real connection, plus the fact they get an extreme amount of resumes to look at = a blur for them. That is why having someone who works there is a major plus. How many people are applying for a position they have no clue how to do, I can answer that - a massive amount. Desperate for a job they are rapid firing their resume, hurting others in the process. So that is why resumes are getting stacked and the real candidate gets looked over.

I need an edge and knowing someone on the inside does that for me.
