Corderra and wolf ranch are both nice i live right by them in pince creek. EVERYTHING is close the grocery store target and many many other places all right up the street way to many to list. Cordera has its own elementary school which my son attends which is a beautiful new school i believe wolf ranch also has its own elementary school. very nice area

LOL, my daily test drive takes me right by the Promenade shops at Briargate. I always come up 83, turn right on briargate, take that to explorer, then research, then chapel hills, and finally Jamboree.
Fun drive.

Why in the heck anyone would want to live in that urban sprawl up north is beyond me. There is nothing beautiful about that. Except maybe the overpriced houses that have taken away the land.

Where's Pince Creek? Good to know that having proper grammar is not a requirement to live in Snobland.

Because many civilized people appreciate well maintained neighborhoods filled with residents who care about the appearance of their communities. Somewhere along the line it has to affect home prices too.

Spelling mistakes aren't the same as grammar mistakes.

Charles,
Even though I might live near people who have cars/ATVs/campers in their yards, tarps on their roof while it is being re-shingled, and some have trashcans outside rather than in their garage because of space...I am not a pig. I am clean freak. I can't stand clutter. I do care how my home looks and because I choose to educate our future leaders doesn't mean I am a pig or ghetto because of my neighborhood. I am just as guilty as stereotyping the north end because I can't afford to live up there. Additionally, I grew up in small towns, come from a poor farm family and I paid for my education rather than getting assistance from my parents. I consider myself educated with 2 master degress even though my salary is that of a teacher.
Again, I am not a pig and I am civilized, very much so. I also care about my community and our future.

Pine Creek, Cordera and Wolf Ranch are all up north and quite nice. The overall area is also referred to as Briargate, which takes in a lot more area. All of it is newish, clean and in a great school district. Lots of green space and parks and dog parks and fine shopping.
Today, we have a new 14-screen Hollywood Theater complex opening just 5 minutes from most of these areas, on Interquest Pkwy just off I-25, exit 153. It's also just 5 minutes to Flying Horse and Gleneagles too.
There's much about this newish area to recommend it. There are other parts of town for those who want 75+ year old cottages off the downtown, or wide open spaces with lots of land and custom looks.
Zip 80920 is desirable and worth a look. I tried to do it justice with my pix and I hope they are helpful. If it isn't your cup of tea, no problem, but do consider starting you own photo tour thread to show us what area is your choice.

wolf ranch
hi there.
im on a list from vicki french at remax. i get listings from the specs i provided and many of them come about wolf ranch.. they have a big memberhship fee i think. wolf ranch mailed me a package about the subdivision. Looks like tons of choices of where to live. schools are great in that district which is 20. Have to selll my house first, which is a chore in itself, but id like to get there next year.
good luck
