I am looking to put together a team of volunteers in the area for an organization that aims to brighten the days of children with serious health issues. We plan to do this by putting together little care packages and visiting with the children, doing crafts, giving the parents an opportunity to step out to grab a bite to eat, etc..

As a volunteer you can do as little or as much as you want. It can range from hanging fliers and spreading the word, collecting donations... to helping put together care packages, to accompanying me on hospital visits. Our first event will be for Father's Day - we plan to put little gift bags together that the children can give to their fathers, and also helping them do a little craft, and maybe a BBQ if the hospitals permit!

We are planning on doing one event per month, and right now it looks like most events will be held in Colorado Springs or Denver.

The organization is very professional and organized, and I am so looking forward to developing a volunteer team here in the area! If you think you would be interested, please send me a message so I can provide you with more information and send you an application. It's an excellent cause and a little goes a long way when it comes to brightening a child's day!

This information would be great for local churches to distribute as congregations love projects like this. Good luck!

I sent you a PM.

Is there a website for the organization that myself & others could look at?
