Hello
I am looking for a rent between $900-$1200 for a family of five. We are moving from Pueblo and want our kids to join district 12. I found a couple of condos online on zillow.com and trulia.com. The ones that seem interesting for now are the condos on Cougar Bluff Pt. We want to rent for 6-12 months and then purchase a house later in district 12.
Does anyone know anything about the area, the buildings in Cougar Bluff Pt, any suggestions of other rents in that area.
Also I did my research and found out that my kids will probably go to Pinon Elementary, so does anyone know something about that school. According to the rating on great schools.com it is on a 9/10 scale, but did anyone experience it before?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I have a friend who lives in Cobblestone which is very close to there and she likes the area.

Thanks for both. Sorry for not being quick :-). I called the agent she said the square footage may be too small for a family of 5. So now I am looking at some condos on cobblestone dr. The price seem reasonable. We ll wait and see.

The district has great recommendations, and almost every neighborhood within the district is great. Those that aren't, are not bad either. They are simply less than great IMO. Do you have a square footage you are looking for? 1200 in that district can be done, but most places will probably be a little tight for a family of five. Higher house prices and property taxes (compared to the other districts) make it a little tougher. Thankfully, Co. Springs has fairly low property taxes.
