my family is moving to colorado and we are looking for a safe community for our young family good schools and friendly people! We are looking for an area with mountain views an or living. Looking to spend 300k at most for a home. Is it possible to find a great log home in an area w/o being in 20 miles from your neighbor?

Yes there are some areas that it is possible. How long of a commute do you want? Do you know what part of town your job will be in? How much land do you want? How many bedrooms/bath? SHEP

Hey Shep-

Commute Is Not An Issue B/c My Husband Travels. Would Like A Min Of 2 Acres For The 3 Huskies. I Have Been To Ouray And Telluride. If You Know Of Any Areas In Cos Or Denver That Could Compare That Would Be Great! Being Home Alone, I Am Not Looking To Be Far In The Mountains. Neighbors Would Be Nice And A Good Schools. We Are Looking For 3bdr 1+ Bath Around 250-300k. What Do You Think My Odds Are?

Thanks
