Can someone give me some info on Fountain Valley and Powers
in Colorado springs. Good or not so good area in regard to schools, crime. If not so good of an area, what would be a good area around CS in regard to affordability of housing and a nice community. |

You can go to City of Colorado Springs - Police Department Homepage
Look at the crime maps there. When you say affordable housing, what price-range are you talking. Remember that many New Home builds have GREAT incentives right now. We are talking $20,000+ in some areas. Do you want to rent or buy? There are some great communities that are coming up aswell. What kinda commute do you want? bashep Also, go to GreatSchools.net and they will give you stats and even feedback on the site. bashep Last edited by Mike from back east; 11-20-2007 at 12:43 PM.
