Any recommendations for banks in the CS area? We are hoping to steer away from the big Bank of A and Wells Fargo type banks, but we would also appreciate a good amount of ATM, drive-up or grocery store locations. We would want to open simple personal checking and savings accounts. Any good experiences with specific ones?

Ent Credit Union has a wide-spread presence in COS. I've been a customer for many years, and I've always been impressed with their customer service.

As Maynerd said, ENT is good. Stick with credit unions - better service, better rates, widespread ATM network. AAFCU and ENT are both good.

If you want smaller banks I agree with Ent. Peoples National Bank is also worth looking into.

Another vote for ENT. We happened to pick it because we were looking for a local bank and there's an ENT location close to our house. Couldn't be happier with them.
