I am seriously considering moving to Colorado Springs in a couple of months. I am disabled & concerned about the pros & cons of moving there. I see that there is a big list of rent to own home possibilities but I am unable to access the actual costs. I would be able to pay a down payment. If there is anyone who reads these that has a rent to own home available, I would like to discuss this.

Rent to own is generally a terrible deal for the buyer, no matter what item is being considered. It is designed for the buyer to have a harder time assessing the cost.
