Ultimate Buffet.....as Cap'n Hugg mentioned.....N. Carefree and Tutt. It's better, the earlier you get there.
Can get kinda' nutty crowded at times, but it's pretty good for a big buffet.

For the Indian food department: Avoid the Indian buffets. They're really pretty bad unless you like bland Indian food. It's not the restaurant's fault mostly -- most people here in COS do not care much for spicy fare. You have to cook for your customers which I get. Still, this can be kind of good because you end up not obsessing over food as much, you do eat less and you gain less weight probably as a result. I haven't found one I like yet. Some of the Indian restaurants though do cook to order very good food. You have to ask for extra spice. Same goes for Cajun food and some BBQ but I digress too much ;-) This really is meat and potatoes land
