We are possibly havin g to relocate to COS I love where I live now and due to job may be leaving to go to COS. Can anyone help me find the nicest upscale areas where everything is new and school are very very good. I am looking for very low crime area nice houses clean new and excellent schools

any suggestions?

Pine Creek area of Briargate. Zip 80920. Lots here on that, use Search with keywords 80920 or Briargate.

Price range is 300-500k i work from home my husband will be working near the airport

I agree...when doing a search for homes on realtor.com you may want to stick to "Northgate" (this will include Pine Creek). Also, Monument is very nice to (it is just north of the Springs and there are many upscale homes there too. Schools are excellent too. Best of luck to you!

Also check out Wolf Ranch, Stone Crossing, Cordera, Flying Horse, High Forest Ranch, Kings Deer, Fox Run, Higby Estates, Bent Tree, and Cathedral Pines.

As far as schools go, you can look on GreatSchools.net. They have excellent information. Are you wanting land or subdivision? That will help narrow down some of the areas to look at.
