Anyone have any good or bad experiences with this in the Springs? We will be moving out of the area but plan to keep our condo as a rental. Thanks!

I would like to send my deepest regrets. I know this move is often the worst many people make in their lives, and I hope you are able to reach another wonderful city If you end up in the midwest, remember you can always throw your **** in a box and drive for Colorado as fast as the law allows.

No experience with property management companies.

I only have experience with a couple such companies...and here they are often one and the same (PM/Realty.) One that I rented from, and all I could think of the whole year I was in the house was how sorry I felt for the homeowner, because it had been let to fall into disrepair as a rental and the PM company (also a realty company) simply took terrible care of the place.

I'm not sure that I'm allowed to name names.

All I can say is if the owners of the company have vaguely Russian names and they've got bulldogs on their website and living in their office--STEER CLEAR.

Wish I could recommend a good one, hopefully someone else here will have some input. I'd have a hard time renting out a home. I know that renters often just don't have enough personal investment in it to really take care of it. Best of luck to you.
