In case anyone is interested, Global Village Academy is holding it's lottery for the 2014-15 school year on Feb 6th.
Global Village Academy is a free international school with language immersion instruction in
Mandarin Chinese, Spanish and German.

I'm not sure. I'm just a parent. I'd contact the school and ask. The staff is amazing and super friendly.
