Hi All,

Im moving to COS from Dallas in April with my family (myself, my wife and a 14months old baby) and we really need help finding a place there so I wanted to check if some of you knows a good real state agent that can help us renting a house on a good area.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks!!

Sebastian.

We've a few on here who may contact you via DM.

Site members may also send you a DM with the name of their fave agent.

Meanwhile, look at ppar.com for home sales (and rentals) in the region.

What's your budget and job situation? Tell us that and we can help zero in on good suggestions for you.

Thanks for the quick response,

our budget is up to 1800 (maybe 2000 if we really love the place) we are looking for a 3+ bed and 2+bath house with a patio in a safe area close to supermarkets and hopefully on a biking distance to a good day care if there is a park on a walking distance it will make it perfect!!!...

I'm going to be working near the garden of the gods entrance and I don't want to drive more than 30 mins to get to work...

All you're seeking is quite available here. Traffic here is not so bad and most anywhere in the city is within your commute range.

Most realtors in this area can't help you with rentals, but ppar.com should show you quite a few good choices. The site has a map-based search that will help you zero in on a place. Here are three samples, but these links will stop working once these homes are rented:

- Full Listing Detail

- Full Listing Detail

- Full Listing Detail

Note: I only searched on the areas nearest the work site, city-wide it gave me 20 hits at $1700 max 3/2.

Plenty of parks in the area.
