Counting down the days (new house, stores, best)

I am counting down the days until I'm there in earnest now! It will sure be nice to wake up to the view of Pike's Peak every day.

(Oh, and it will be nice to see my hubby every day too! LOL)


We close on our new house at the end of the month.

We need a few additional pieces of furniture, so if anyone has any recommendations for stores in the area, let us know. (Looking for wood pieces, preferably oak, mission style)

American Furniture Warehouse. Look on the internet for locations. They have every style and lots of selection. Best furniture story I've ever been in

I second the recommendation for American Furniture Warehouse. That store is HUGE! They are located right off of I-25 at the Filmore exit.
