Piblokto is on a distinguished road
Default University Heights

Hi all!

Well, I have landed my dream job in COS and will be moving this July. I have been to COS twice so far and will be coming back later this month to try to find a place to live. So far, my wife and I have mostly been looking in the southwest/broadmoor area, but we recently found some really nice homes in University Heights. Can anyone give me some pros/cons to this area and tell me more about it? We initially were thinking about the D12 schools in the Broadmoor area and were not looking at any D11 areas, but we may end up in private schools so that may not make much of a difference.
