We almost bought a home on Gramma Ridge and Highview (off Walker). I'm exactly 50 minutes to Schriever and you would be about 5-10 minutes closer. I think I remember your other posts...if you have kids then make sure there are kids in the neighborhood. Otherwise, everything else you wrote sounds right.
