I Am also from Miami, Fl. I am not into ATV's but would like to get an honest opinion. We are think in moving to the CO Springs next year and since you are from Miami you can relate better to me. Is the cost of leaving cheaper (groceries, electricity, cable, ect.) right now the gas price here is $1.98 a gallon. how much is it there?

Is the rent cheaper I currently rent a 2/2 for $1200.

How is the traffic compare to Miami?

I bought gas yesterday for $1.65 for 85. I think most other states don't sell 85.... As for rent, I think we're probably similar or a little less - not sure what is the quality of the apartment you're in - there certainly are some that cost 1200 but there are also some 2/2 for a little less or a little more. Traffic in Colorado Springs should generally be better because there are fewer people here - it is less urban than Miami. There are cost of living comparisons you can do online - I think you can find them via Google. ATV - It is not as big a deal here as it is in, say, Maine. In the city proper you won't see much of it at all. But it is a fairly popular past time for people to going ATVing on designated trails in our mountains such as off of Rampart Range Road.
