Hey guys, noticed this past few weeks in COsprings, just has been raining non stop (based on the weather) I am in miami, fl. I am trying to get a feel for the springs.

Does it always rain in colorado springs? I also noticed its still been in the 40s and 50s around may... would you say that is average? Thanks in advance!

No and no. The average high for May in the Springs is 70 degrees and the normal amount of precip is 2". We're in the middle of a very atypical weather pattern right now.

Yup, exactly what bluescreen said. This is typically our wettest month, but this particular May has been highly unusual. We typically see some cold snaps and a rogue snowstorm in May, but rain and cold everyday is not normal. I'm trying not to complain, because this is better than fire danger, but I'm missing our warm sunny days right now!

Well, on the bright side, the cold overcast drizzle is supposed to end and be replaced by thunderstorms the next two days

Do I live in Norway or Denver?

Things are really green now though! Cannot complain about that. Once it gets warm again things will grow like crazy.

The rain comes and goes and is not non stop---sun does shine. Infact, it is shining as we speak.
