Since most of our decent colleges are in the north central area, I'll post up some options; Camelback, Oasis, Advenir @ Spring Canyon, Grand Centennial, Center Pointe, The Lodges of Cos. These all offer units in the $800-900 a month range that are newer in construction and amenities.

In these same geographic areas, there are also sub $800 units as well, but they aren't going to come with workout facilities, pools, modern floor plans, or necessarily updated interiors. The combined effects of lifestyle, education, location and recreation may combine to eliminate most of Colorado from your list, but I also suspect you may run into similar issues in any other growing areas, whether they are in the west of not.

For Agencies, there are numerous ones out here with differing specialties such as finance, labor, manufacturing, government, etc. I've heard good things about Apple One and Spherion, but when I was looking recently, they never bothered to bring me in for an interview. Aerotek tends to have a more technical focus these days, and set me up with several interviews as well as asking me to meet with a couple of their key account execs. I think the remote hiring will present a challenge regardless of who you use.
None of those apartments you listed turned up in my searches. I'll check them out and see if they have anything available in my price range for my move-in date. Besides craigslist I use Padmapper, Realtor.com, and ApartmentFinder. Thanks!

You can also try maps.google.com. Give it an address to search near, click on "nearby", and type in "apartments", and it'll show you apartment complexes on the map with clickable information links and reviews.

I did that, everything I liked was out of my price range.
