As much as I HATE Centurylink I have been getting the offers to bundle TV, Internet, and Phone. Their billing is awful and most of the time you are on hold for awhile before anyone helps. I miss Qwest!

Do they use the existing copper wires in the house or do they run new lines to each room where you want to have the service?

I hate it when you see sloppy installs with wires going up in the middle of the outside walls and install techs not even tucking the wires into the siding cracks etc.. to help hide the wires outside. Maybe most techs are lazy and just want to get the job done ASAP.

I do. Got them last year after getting huge rate increases from DirectTV. They gave me a great price for high-speed internet and Prism as a package $75/year. Then a few months ago, I open the bill and it's $165. I called customer service and they told me their promotional offer had ended, that was the new price, and there was nothing they could do. Another thing is that their "high-speed" internet isn't consistently high speed.

Installation was easy for them as I was pre-wired, so nothing had to be run.

So getting ready to change again. It appears these service providers feel it is cheaper to cannibalize the competition rather than keep existing customers.

I guess throw in cell providers too!
