Hi all:
I was in CS first time last year and although I found it a bit too slow paced, it is indeed a great place and the natural beauty around the city is amazing. I did a real estate search on realtor.com today and I was really amazed when I found plenty of average homes 4-5 years old for under 100K. Is there a reason why real estate is so cheap in CS? I had the opportunity of driving around town and did not see much of ghettos or bad parts. Can anybody explain? |
