i live by powers, so i go to the king supers on stetson. problem is i never see puff pastry
unless there is a substitute i can use? ive been to different walmarts and different king soopers and i never find them

any recommendations? thanks!

Do you mean the frozen Pepperidge Farm kind? I think I have seen it various stores, though I have not looked for it recently. Ask at the grocers and they can show you where it is if they have it, and sometimes, they can even order things for you.

Not sure I know what you mean by puff pastry. Have you tried one of our German bakeries or Dutch bakeries, etc.?

My King Sooper on Uintah always has it in their freezer section - if your KS doesn't carry it, you can ask a manager about it and they might get it in. (but they should have it).

You might also try Whole Foods ... I bet they have it.

By the way, as far as substitutes, that depends on what you're using it for. Pie crust will do for some things ... but as I said, it depends on the recipe and end result you want.
