SOS! Looking for an apartment for 2 months
Hello, I am a Chinese outside US,
I will visit UCCS for two months (Jun.10~Aug 9), I'd like to find an apartment near UCCS, please help! Hopefully, the following conditions can be met: (not necessarily) 1. inexpensive, 2. one bedroom apartment with furniture, 3. bus to uccs(or onfoot), 4. safe area, 5. kindergarten/Child care nearby. I found the two webs below, can anyone kindly give me an idea? Thanks for your time. Unfortunately, it is not likely that you will find what you are seeking. Short term furnished rentals are always expensive compared to normal rentals. Child care is also expensive.
 People with more city knowledge could provide info on buses, but my impression is that public transportation is not that practical for commuting to most areas. America is most regretably based on the automobile for commuting. Good luck and I hope you enjoy your visit and find many new friends here.
