Default I need a great Indian Food Restaurant!

I had my favorite joint in San Antonio and have not had any Indian food in over a month! Where can I go for delicious indian food? Oh and a decent spread on the buffet? THanks!

You might try the Everest Nepal on Bijou. Then tell us how it is!

I enjoy Mirch Masala at Academy and Union. They periodically have buffets, but I'm not sure when.

Mirsch Mirsala on Union and Academy is GREAT and has buffets EVERY SINGLE DAY OF THE WEEK from 11-2 for $7.95. You can't beat that.

There is also an Indian food restaurant on Flintridge and Academy called A Taste of India. Crappy service, very good food.

Good luck!

I would like to hear a review of Everest Nepal if anyone has been there.

I've been to Mirch Masala a few times and it is comparable to Indian food I've had elsewhere. I enjoyed it and I'll continue to eat there. I've never had Indian food in India, so I don't have a real comparison, though.

We like the one on Vickers and Academy, behind the Taco Bell. They also have a buffet every lunch. Love their variety of food.
