The sad thing about it, considering the drivers around here.... I'm not really sure if you're joking or not about going 30 in a parking lot and having an a-hole on your butt.....

We've seriously have our share of jerks here. No wonder the ambulance chasing lawyers have a field day here. And my auto insurance is so high here......

No ,their not. I moved back to Tennessee from Colorado Springs 6 months ago. Hands down you guys have the very worst drivers I have ever seen in my entire life. I was positive that I would get killed by somebody running a red light in Colorado. Here I24 to Nashville is nothing like driving I25 to Denver. You guys pay dearly for that view sorry to say.

According to the Auto Insurance Institute, Montana, Arizona, Louisiana, Texas, and Nevada are the top five worst states for driving using the criteria of fatality rate, failure to obey, drunk driving, speeding, and careless driving.

CO was ranked 15th. So we are at the upper end of the scale.

Top 5 with the best drivers would be Wisconsin, Minnesota, Virginia, Ohio, and New Hampshire.

I don't notice the tailgating so much, but I rarely leave my house that I don't see multiple cars go through stoplights. I've lived in New York State, Maryland, Virginia, and even Bangkok, Thailand, and I've never seen so many drivers go through red lights.

Arizona hands down and the traffic laws are the reason.

The speed limit in the Old North End has been reduced to 30mph.

People still go 45-50 on Nevada (and probably Cascade).

Uintah is THIRTY MILES PER HOUR AS WELL. People seem to think the speed limit is around 50 and that the turn arrows/red/green lights are mere suggestions.

Since it's a thread about bad driving. Here's an opinion I'm sure some of you won't like.

Motorcycles are a road hazard, period. They acknowledge this with their "look twice save a life" motto. The only reason they are on the road is they were grandfathered in. This is evident because we don't allow atv's on our roads. But they weren't around way back in the day. So motorcycles are abundant on our roads and completely unsafe to automobile traffic.

Plus the whole attitude. It's just disgusting.

My only problem with motorcycles is the noise. Total lack of consideration of others.

That lack of consideration doesn't stop with the noise.
