Sonic, truly sorry to hear of your situation and hope things work out okay for you. I've missed you in this forum and I'm sure others have too as you post such good stuff. I bet you could write a great book, Fifty Shades of Spork.

You have no idea...

...well...unless you've seen me on some rather scandalous websites lately.

Which you might not want to admit to in here. *cough!*

Let's just say I'm finding out that this fair city of ours is nowhere near as boring and conservative as some folks seem to think it is.

But hey. Those apartments tho...

(If ya couldn't tell, it's a pretty good day. It's Friday, it's payday, and life ain't bad. Confusing, yeah, often. Bad? Nah.)

Unfortunately, I would recommend avoiding all areas in COS by auto transit unless you have the $200-$700 cash in pocket (or otherwise as conveniently available) to deal with a single/double tire blowout and potential need for towing in addition to the tire replacement. I've known far too many people affected by this. It's just sad to witness for a community that has enough wealth to obviate this concern.

We can have a future where the populace contributes and funds a reasonable infrastructure for roads, or, I guess, an everyone-for-themselves future where the haves drive off-road vehicles unperturbed and the have-nots deal with blown-out tires as a monthly fact of life.

So I read that it is mainly the south east part of town that has the highest crime. Anyone know about the town of Fountain? It is on the south side of CS. Does the crime extend south into the town of Fountain?
