Visited Parade of Homes this year!

Loved, loved, loved, the mix of warm rustic materials with the more industrial raw materials! Keeping Colorado, Colorado! Black window frames/on white/beautiful open concepts.
The wall paper on a few accent walls throughout the home, was beautiful and I am in love with the beautiful bold colors that are back! Greens/Golds/Oranges/Blues/Greens...you name it! beautiful color mixed with a rustic meets industrial vibe! Gorgeous!

We did it in 2005 while living in a rental until Keller finished our home. Enjoyed it a lot.
