Is it legal to permanently park a 15 foot long cargo trailer on a residential street in Colorado Springs?

If not, how can I discreetly get the authorities to force its removal?

No, see previous posting by HusBea. Call the non-emergency number of the CSPD to report it. 444-7000.

Didn't matter that the rest of the residents lived there to be in a residential area and in the country, El Paso county could have cared less. I sympathize. Wouldn't live in El Paso county again for anything. I would say, don't give up. Someone else is right, the squeaky wheel gets the grease (if your working with a good county)
Without knowing the exact address and location, this situation is one of those "it depends" scenarios, especially out in the county. There are numerous areas where large plats are rezoned as residential to allow developers to create higher density housing developments while right across the street could still be a rural zone area that has an entirely different set of rules. Additionally, dates of plats are also a consideration when it comes to wells and water access that could be significantly different.

What Bronze said. They will eventually come out and mark a tire to evaluate if it moves. If it does not, it gets red tagged for removal. If it moves at all, then the process starts over.
