Hey all, so looking for cool abandoned buildings I can photograph that is legal to see from the outside. I wont be going in, its more for photography and just enjoying my motorcycle as well. or any recommended websites; and im not talking about "popular" abandoned sites.

Maybe something along peyton or even truckton that anyone knows about. Colorado springs is too congested from what ive seen to make a "good" picture

Yes Truckton has a few. There are a lot of really cool abandoned buildings on the road from La Junta to Trinidad. But almost every road east of here has abandoned buildings on it. I sometimes just pick a starting place and head north or south from it for 25 miles or so. For example, start in Rush and head down road 2 just over the county line. Or start in Olney Springs and head north on lane 7 after passing over the ditch. You'll see lots of interesting things and almost no other people. There are some ghost town books about towns on the plains, or specifically in Lincoln County etc. - you can find them on Amazon. Perry Eberhardt's books are classics but seriously out of date now - however still fun and informative.
