Young Army couple with a new baby is transferring from Germany in 2 months for first time at Fort Carson.

Both are New Jersey residents so they don't know the area.

Looking to rent a house off base with 2 to 3 bedrooms for about $1500 a month including utilities.

Natives... need your guidance on neighborhoods that are best for young families with easy commute to Fort Carson.

Thanks for your help.

I would recommend starting in the Fountain/Security/Widefield area - nice and close to Fort Collins and there should be some options within that budget - but including utilities will be cutting it close for sure.
