So, lately ive been seeing cars parking in a 24 hour fitness around where I love, and they have been parking in the motorcycle only parking space.

really starting to annoy me due to the fact I have to park my bike in between cars where I once had a bike get hit in a parking lot because they thought it was an "empty" space

top of that just feel its disrespectful to bikers.

anyhow, there are no signs about fines or tows. Anything I can do besides call the manager? do they even take that stuff seriously and place a parking ticket. COS police prob wont do much since its private lot im guessing?

I'd start with club management, then progress to building owners, if different. This is a policy they have to enforce. CSPD wont' deal with issues on private property, so unless the owners or leasors take an aggressive position on it, nothing will happen. The club management would have to make arrangements with a towing company to handle this if they decide to act on it.

i have 3 cars as it is but id rather daily my motorcycle. And because I ride a motorcycle doesnt mean I am going to wreck in my lifetime ( traffic wise). I might, i might not. My father and Grandfather both rode at an early age till they barely could walk... and never wrecked on the streets.

The odds are not good, but I wish you luck.

I'd rather ride a motorcycle and enjoy my life (knowing the risks) than sit on the sidelines worrying about how unsafe it is. Life is too short to play it safe all the time.

agreed lol. however, some odd reason, I feel safer on a motorcycle vs on a car. i mean have to be super aware and predict movements all the time, but its part of it.

I think i fear more animals/debris on the road than cars tbh
