Environmental groups believe that the expansion degrades the habitat of Sondermann Park for wildlife, which indeed it likely will - too much traffic noise, too little buffer zone, etc. If you go to Sondermann and walk from the center north you can see where it is going to be - it is a huge project, big change. Will be nice for traffic flow.
