Yeah it's frickin amazing how much crap is on Powers now. I remember my Dad used hunt Antleope where there's now a Walmart (powers and palmer park)

My DGF lives there, and it's quite nice.

Haha - we get the "little old lady behind the wheel" problem here too, but it's from huge RVs trying to get up the mountain passes.

Other changes: Falcon has expanded into a large housing area. It used to be a dumpy little place with a feed store, now it has shopping centers and housing developments. COS has some great shopping options now too. Before you had to go to Denver or Castle Rock, but we have Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, etc in the north end Briargate shops (I think its named Promenade Shops).

Other new news: you can buy alcohol on Sundays now (this is for CO, not just COS). This just changed this month. No more "near-beer" for Sunday bbqs!
