Lot for sale (Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Manitou Springs: property tax, zip code, estate)

I am currently the executor over my late father's estate which includes a lot located in Colorado City. The lot was purchased in the early 70's and since he has deceased, I have been paying the property tax on it every year. I would like information on how I can sell the lot.
