Question Looking at C.S.

My wife and I are on a fixed income (SSI)and are looking to move out of the L.A.Cal.area.We love the mountains and the changing of the seasons and C Springs look wonderfull! We would like to ask about rents or does the state offer affordable housing for disabled.L A has just gotten too much for us...looking for a sane port to move to. Any info on utilities, rents,or public transport would be helpfull.

Hey there-

You can get rentals here w/ out trouble for a disabled person. However, the amount you would like to spend on rent will be what we need to know. Also, how many beds, baths, etc. We have public transportation. A website that might be helpful is www.coloradosprings.com. I am guessing that website can answer alot of your questions. Let us know if you have any other questions. bashep
