I will be moving in April of '09 with a roomie. Both single ladies & wanting a decent apt in a decent area. We have several options & one of them is about 3 complexes in 80918 (near Vickers & Academy). Can anyone tell me how this neighborhood is? I visited almost a month ago but can't remember that general area. Thanks!!

I live in zip code 80918 , off Dublin inbetween Union and Academy. I love it here!! Lots of nice houses, lots of families, and kids.

BTW, Vickers is only a 2 streets south of Dublin. YOu'd really like it here.

Default Thank you

I'm excited for the move & changing to such a beautiful place. My area here in CA is nice but surroundings are very concrete.

I live pretty close to Ryan above, also in 80918. This is a great area for families, district 20 schools, not overpriced homes, TREES, TREES, TREES, close to many restaurants, the local branch of the library, Target, several grocery stores, a big Mall, only 10 minutes to downtown CS. Welcome!
