Default Townhomes / Condos on North side

I have a friend who is moving to Colorado Springs soon and he is interested in a townhome or condo on the northside of town (D-20 or D-38). Can anyone make recommendations I can show him when he arrives next week? He wants to stay around $300k or less. Thanks.

PPAR Website will show you everything that the realtors have access too. The only difference is that you won't have addresses and specifics, but it is enough to get you going.

Thank you. I am more curious if anyone has personal experiences with townhome projects in that part of town; good or bad.

There are some great areas over there. You can to go the Colorado Springs Police Department website and they have stats for any area you are looking into. Let me know if you need the link I can send it over to you.

Ashton Woods, new TH's in the vicinity of Powers Blvd and Old Ranch Rd. Is in D20, just a few hundred yards from Pine Creek HS and VERY close to grade and middle schools on Lexington, just off Old Ranch. Starting at $250K.

There's a lot of stuff in D38, along Jackson Creek Blvd.

Much more in the area. Your friend needs a realtor (I'm not one).
