Oscars is pretty nice but the Owner is a jerk. Check out Golden Bee Golden Bee, Colorado Springs, CO : Reviews and maps - Yahoo! Local . McCabe's is pretty cool and so is Tony's.

My favorites.....

Good Mexican food: The Loop in Manitou Springs
A good dry martini: 15C, a little expensive, but their martinis are awesome (and you only need a few...) and it's the place to go if you like cigars, good luck finding it, btw, its in a little alley....
A good brew with some live music: Jack Quinns
A good microbrew with a game of pool: Phantom Canyon Brewery
A place to shake your booty to some music: Blondies
A good view: Garden of the Gods or Gold Camp Rd
Good French onion soup: La Baguette
A place to take your kids: The Nickel Arcade in Manitou Springs or Cheyenne Mountain Zoo
Good shopping: Old Colorado City for funky, hard to find things, Chapel Hills or Shops at Briargate for the usual.

Good luck and have fun!
