i HAVE POSTED A FORUM A WHILE BACK AND WAS STILL WONDERING. MY HUSBAND AND i ARE LOOKING TO MOVE TO COLORADO SPRINGS IN MARCH. WE WANT TO KNOW THE AVERAGE AMOUNT FOR RENTAL PROPERTIES AND THE UNEMPLOYMENT RATE. IS IT HARD TO FIND WORK? I AM MOSTLY CLERICAL ANY MY HUSBAND IS LABOR. WE ALSO HAVE THREE SMALL CHILDREN, 9 4 AND I. SO WHAT ARE SCHOOLS LIKE, IS IT DIVERSE

Default from what I have heard...

by reading on here for quite awhile is that the Springs is not too hugely diverse. It's very conservative for sure....and what comes with that........

Average amount for rental properties? You can get a 3br/2ba, 1800sf home in school district 20 for about $1000.00 per month, from my experience.

Colorado Springs as a hole is not that diverse, but the SE side is, the farther you go up noth the less diverse it gets (some parts, vertualy none), also its alote more conservitive up there too, so if your lookin for diversity, the further south the betta, but the better schools, and nicer neiborhoods are generally up north
