I don't know if it's an annual thing or not, but the Cadet Choir at the Air Force Academy has performed the Messiah. They're incredibly talented, and there's no better setting on perhaps the entire planet than the Protetsatnt Cadet Chapel. Watch for notices in the Go section of the Gazette on Fridays.
