I am coming back to the area in the fall. My husband has never experienced Colorado and I cannot wait to introduce him to the area! When I was there in 96 I lived in Southborough. We would like to find something in the central to northern areas. We also would like a great mountain view. Any advice which area to look in for a rental? $900-1000 monthly with garage and fenced yard. Thanks!

Hey there- Great to hear that you are coming back. I think that you could find homes in Stetson Hills, Briargate, Village 7 areas that you would like. Depends on what you want to be close to and what you want your commute to be. bashep
