Ya, but 20 miles along the I-25 is a lot faster than eight miles east to west.

Default Utilities and Taxes

Got some older threads, from the index:

Taxes
- Property Taxes
I'd estimate taxes on a $250k house at $1500-$1750 per year.

Utilities
- Utilities?
I'd estimate city utility costs on a 2000 sq ft home in good repair at $200/month, for gas, electric, water and sewer.

Are most houses run on electric and gas or some electric only? Which is more cost effective?
