Looking for a good Tax Accountant (Colorado Springs, Monument: contractor, price, deal)

Okay here is the deal I am looking for a good tax accountant. I am working overseas as a contractor and need someone who works with IRS form 673. Because H&R (Basically Turbo Tax) isn't worth a crap on this. And the few people I have asked question about takes for over here have no ideas. So if anyone here can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. I don't want a regular tax person due to the fact that they don't even know what a 673 is. Thanks ahead of time!
