Tried Tlaquepaque and it is as close as we have come yet to what we knew back in Texas (Jalisco style though).

Have not tried that one, but I LOVE Salsa Brava, the food is really fresh & they're great for vegetarians & vegans too! If you like things spicy, they have a secret salsa that's not on the menu, pineapple/habanero which is really unique. Personally, I love their regular 'medium' fire roasted salsa, but the pineapple one is interesting! IDK if the new location will have it, but Briargate does.

We went tonight and it was GREAT! However, the parking lot needs to be expanded, not due to Salsa Brava, but for Fuzzy's next door. That place was slammed!

If you're looking for non-authentic yet incredibly good mexican food, check out Provecho Fresh Mexican Cuisine up by King Soopers on Centennial.

I eat there once or twice a week. It's the best Mexican food I've had since moving to Colorado. It's called El Rincon Chilango. Hours are 5PM - 9:30PM Wed-Sunday. Their facebook is here https://www.facebook.com/El-Rincon-C...1218022591656/
