Security Service Field (SkySox Field) parking lot off Tutt and Barnes is big and empty...course before baseball season starts. I use it often to keep my motorcycle skills sharp.

Lewis Palmer High School in Monument might be too far away for you - but it's a great place to practice. It has lots of interconnected parking lots with little "roadways" in between.
