We're pretty close to the Palmer Divide at 7500'. Our southern exposed driveway had about 6" of wet snow. The neighbor across the street had about twice as much on hers. I think our home works like a snow fence and snow gets deposited in her yard and drive.
It's snowing a little right now.

Call me strange but I actually rather enjoy the wind. Sure 50mph is a bit much. But dead calm I can't stand!
