I am thinking of moving from Briargate to somewhere near Patty Jewett. Does anyone know if the houses between Jewett and Palmer H.S. are on their own wells, thus no water bills?

Ummm I wouldn't think homes in town would have wells.

Actually some do. Near the Broadmoor all the big mansions have them and in Skyway many do as well. No pun intended.

One thing I might note here is that "no water bills" might sound good, but you still have to burn up electricity to run the well. If the well goes dry, it's rather expensive to drill a new one. And if the well water is not of good quality, you'll spend money cleaning it up for home use. All that, and maybe you only get 1 GPM flow and your well goes out in less than a year.
